  • PA/PP Heat-Resistant Structure

    PA provides mechanical strength and puncture resistance, while PP serves as the heat-resistant sealant layer. The multilayer balance is tailored to the process.

  • Specifications Require Process Validation

    Thickness, width, roll specification, forming depth and allowable process temperature are confirmed by structure and machine; temperature limits should be validated before publication.

  • Machine and Process Compatibility

    For line matching, provide machine model, tooling, forming depth, sealing temperature, dwell time, pressure and any post-pack heat-treatment conditions.
